Welcome to Telegifts! Please read these terms of use carefully before using our application. Telegifts is developed by Maxim Novikov.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Telegifts application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

• All purchases and subscriptions are handled via the Apple App Store.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple's policies.

4. Swap Widget

The Telegifts application incorporates a Swap Widget provided by Swap2Stars. This widget is available within our interface to help you request price quotes and generate transaction data for swapping supported tokens on The Open Network (TON).

Your use of the Swap Widget is governed by the Swap2Stars Integration Terms of Use. When interacting with the widget, you are responsible for:

• Verifying all transaction details (token addresses, amounts, slippage limits) before signing;
• Maintaining the security of your non-custodial wallet and private keys;
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and does not involve prohibited jurisdictions or sanctioned persons;
• Fulfilling any tax reporting obligations arising from your use of the service.

The widget utilizes the Omniston protocol; please also refer to the STON.fi Terms of Use.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions

Users from the following jurisdictions are not able to view or interact with the swapping functionality of the app due to legal requirements: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Egypt, Kuwait, Nepal, and the United Kingdom.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
